When Sean came to us back in April '97, he wanted a Defender 90 "with all the bits", so we came up with this vehicle for him.
According to the message (below) that we recently received, he's still enjoying the vehicle, and has promised to forward on some more pictures.
Hello there!
I'm just writing to say "Thank You" in a manner of speaking! I bought a green Defender 90 Tdi from you back in 1997, index no. L260 OUM. I've used the vehicle off-road all over the UK and in France recently, and ever since I've owned it, I can honestly say it has never failed me once. It is, without doubt the best vehicle I've ever owned, and still my prized possession. I'm regularly getting offers for it, but I'll die before I give it up! It has cost me two relationships also, mind you, but, in the end I had to go for what was more economical to run, more fun, and that could get me out of trouble, not into it! So the girlfriend had to go...Next time I'm up North I may call in, if that's OK. you never know, I may leave with yet another Land Rover, perhaps a Series III, Mmmn....now there's a thought...
