1964 Land Rover Series IIA 88 - rebuild

As featured in Land Rover World magazine - issue May '98

When a business trip brought Michael to the UK in June '98, he decided to combine it with a visit to The Land Rover Centre. This beautifully restored SIIA was sitting in the showroom, and the rest as they say "Is History".

The picture on the left shows the Land Rover at Liverpool docks, prior to being shipped to New York (Thank you Rhoelig), to coincide with another of Michael's trips. It was then driven the 4,300 miles home to California !
