Just before Christmas, Don from London travelled up to see us, and purchased this great 1971 Series IIA Land Rover.
Part of the preparation, included converting it to a “Truck cab” pick up.
Today has been pencilled in for delivery for some time, however we did begin to wonder if the weather might prevent us from meeting the delivery appointment.
Luckily, an early 5am start meant that we could avoid the worst of the traffic, deliver to Don, and be on the return journey before the next batch of snow arrived !
