Monday 4th April
Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances – our Overseas buyer from Dubai is unable to complete the purchase of “Lucille” – our 1978 Series III Station Wagon with just 38,000 miles from new.
When this Land Rover was originally sold we had a LOT of interest, and a few people asked for “first refusal” if the transaction did not conclude for any reason.
To be fair to all parties, we have now relisted the Land Rover for sale – on a “first come – first served” basis.
Remember that any of our Land Rovers can be reserved over the phone with a £500 “Holding” deposit until you can get a chance to come and view in person.
Tuesday 5th
A279 JRY – The exceptional 1984 Series III purchased at the end of March is now listed on our Classic Land Rovers “For Sale” page. It is also suitable for export to the USA !.

DUB 760K – a very late model Series IIA Diesel is collected by Peter and driven home to Southampton. “DUB” arrived with us quite a while ago, and we have been gradually carrying out a sympathetic restoration of this “1 owner / 30,000 miles from new” Land Rover. Seen below (3 pics) ready to collect, and also (1 pic) as it was when originally purchased. We are very pleased with the way it has turned out.
“Lucille” – UBX 929T – 1978 Series III 88″ Station wagon makes her journey to John in Kent:
Friday 29th
We pride ourselves on being able to supply the Land Rover to suit our customers needs, and with our large stock of Series Land Rovers, it is often the case that we may have the Land Rover you are looking for “Awaiting preparation” – as was the case today. A phone call from Ward, and a discussion of his requirements, resulted in the purchase of KEU 216K – a 1971 Series IIA Land Rover.
The Land Rover will be prepared to Wards requirements over the next couple of weeks, and delivered to his home in West Sussex.
