Because we keep a nice stock of Land Rovers, we are often approached by magazines to ask if we have a particular model for an up coming article.
That was the case this week, when Damian (a freelance photographer / journalist for Land Rover World) asked if it was possible to come and photograph our superb 1971 – 2 Door Range Rover. Whenever possible, we do our best, and below are some of the results from the photo shoot:

By coincidence, we have another 2 door Classic range Rover featured recently – This time on “Classic Driver”.
YCX 348K was purchased by Gary an extremely enthusiastic car collector in 2009. Since then, it has popped up on a reasonably regular basis at many shows, both in the UK and abroad, often with a specific invitation to appear on show stands.
This time it was invited to by Land Rover to the 50th Anniversary of the Eastnor Event:
50 Years of off roading at Eastnor Castle

Although we specialise in Classic Land Rovers, we sometimes acquire “more modern” Land Rovers. That was the case recently when we were offered this non running Freelander. Unfortunately – it has been diagnosed with a terminal “Turbo Failure” – but will be sold via EBAY next week for spares or repairs – any enquiries welcome in the mean time.
(Update 16th january – Freelander now sold !)
Friday 13th January
This week, we have been testing two new features for our web site; Firstly the “Translator” which now appears at the top of some of our pages, and second a “Currency Converter” which features on our “For Sale” pages.
As much as we try and develop and test features before adding them to our site, it is impossible to test them on every version of every browser – so if you experience any anomalies or problems with either of these new features, please let us know: webmaster
Also – if you have any comments or opinions (good or bad) – again – please let us know – Thank you.
Tuesday 17th January
