Tuesday 1st
Well March already, can you believe it – sping is in the air you will soon be able to take the rag tops off and shoot the breeze ! To that end here we have a 1969 SWB petrol soft top that is nearing completion having had a complete restoration just needs the soft top on and detailing and it will be appearing on the sale page shortly.
This Land Rover can be completed with the trim and top of your choice !
Wednesday 2nd
This 1983 Land Rover Series III 88″ Station Wagon – GUG 870Y – has had a comprehensive ground up restoration and is finished to an exceptional standard, with very high attention to detail. This Land Rover will shortly be undergoing final PDI and MOT. Not to be confused with a Land Rover that has been simply placed onto a new chassis !
141 YUB the lovely 1951 Series I 80″ that arrived last month has now been reserved, and will be delivered to Oxford once final preparation has been completed.
Thursday 3rd
A trip to Suffolk to collect this extremely original 2 Door Range Rover Classic – Lincoln Green, 2 owners from new and 37,000 miles !
Friday 4th
After a recent visit and test drive, Roger from Doncaster has decided to purchaseĀ our 1994 Range Rover Classic 200 TDi – Roger has been a client and friend of the Land Rover Centre since purchasing a 1971 Series IIA from us back in 2003, and a 1996 Discovery in 2006.

Saturday 12th
CSU 99E – the 1967 Land Rover series IIA that was purchased by Roger at the end of February, on behalf of his boss, has now had side windows, individual rear seats and swing away rear wheel carrier fitted.
Delivery has been arranged to West Sussex, and it can be seen below awaiting delivery and then loaded up ready for the trip.
Sunday 13th
Although we are happy to travel the length of the country to buy good second hand Land Rovers, we are equally happy to buy them locally. A trip to nearby landmark Emley Moor, results in the purchase of this X MOD 1970 Series IIA. It has covered 28,000 miles from new, and the previous owner bought it direct from “MOD reserve stock” way back in 1980.
This Land Rover will be thoroughly checked and prepared before being offered for sale.

Monday 14th
Although we specialise in Very Good condition second hand Series Land Rovers – we are always on the look out for exceptional Ninety and one-ten models too – especially early examples.
Below we have a genuine 1986 Ninety V8 County Station Wagon. It was bought by us last year, and is now ready for sale. It has only done 70,000 miles from new and will be listed for sale later today.
It will be suitable for export to the USA on 1st May 2011.

Tuesday 15th
Below we have an exceptional 1964 series IIA Land Rover, that has been the subject of a “nut and bolt” rebuild on a galvanised chassis, using new and reconditioned parts only. Full details on our “Classic Land Rovers for sale” page !

Thursday 17th
The 200 TDi Classic Range Rover sold a couple of weeks ago, has now been serviced and prepared in our workshops, and also benefits from a full valet inside and out prior to collection. Roger, the new owner is a classic car enthusiast, and will be using the Range Rover everyday – It replaces his Mark V Cortina that he has recently disposed of.

Saturday 19th
GDL 56N – was purchased from us by Jeff back in December. We have prepared and stored the Land Rover until now, ready for Jeff to collect and drive out to his second home in Majorca. Seen below “ready to go” sporting additional driving lamps and lamp guards.
Sunday 27th
An early morning start, and a trip to Essex to collect this One owner, 55,000 miles from new Series III. Tuesday 29th
FCK 881Y – The 1977 Series III 109″ Pick Up Land Rover – Bought and sold last month, has now been through our workshop and is ready for delivery – sporting a new sand 3/4 tilt and looking very smart !

Thursday 31st
Work continues on FPM 55C – The 1965 Series IIA Land Rover that was bought by the Sleep family in December. It was the perfect Land rover – apart from the colour (Deep Bronze Green) – which has now been changed to their favoured colour – Marine Blue. We will also be adding an overdrive and sand canvas prior to completion.
