During the day it benefits from a living area with tables at both ends, which is fantastic if you have kids who want to play games or colour while you chill at the other end with a newspaper or in front of the television or play cards etc.
Night Time:
The rear living area converts to a double bed with single bunk above the double (if required), and then at the front end of the caravan there are 2 singles or you can convert them to a double.
There is a central kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker with separate grill, sink with hot and cold running water and a 4 ring gas hob. The fridge can be gas or electric operated.
There is a separate bathroom with wash basin, shower and WC. There is an integral T.V. aerial that gives a good picture in most areas.
All the windows and doors have fly screens and blinds.
There are extra electric sockets fitted. There’s an external socket, which is ideal when the awning is being used as you don’t have to trail extension leads through open windows, and there’s one in the rear living area which is ideal for plugging in laptops/DVD players etc.
There is a case packed with literature, owners manual, operating instructions for all appliances, installation certificates, the caravan registration document.
We are also including:
Waste master with drain pipe, Aquaroll with removable handle, pipe for filling aquaroll, plates, cutlery, quilts, pillows, kettle, toaster, portable hand held vaccuum cleaner, caravan steps, wheel clamp, gas bottle, electric hook up cable and other sundries.
Everything is in excellent condition.
Included is a full size Awning with a bedroom annexe.
There is also a breatheable ground sheet.
The awning and all the extras would cost over £1,000 themselves.
This caravan is ready to hitch up and use – everything you need (towing car not included !)
